Greek 2010 is very manageable: you read an assigned Greek passage for homework, Dillery goes over the whole thing in class, then eventually you're tested on it. Sometimes, Dillery does principal parts quizzes on Fridays--that might not be the same for every class though. The only thing I had problems was with was if we didn't get to a certain material of homework, you just had to suck it up and figure it out because you had to be responsible for it on the test. Basically, you had to go to office hours all the time if you had outstanding questions. Dillery is enormously fair and understanding--so really this class shouldn't cause any problems.
Dillery is a fair teacher, even if he's not the most fun. Three exams, not cumulative (i.e. only covers the material covered since the last exam); weekly verb quizzes for principal parts. The Plato text we used was really accessible - almost too helpful in its desire to comment on literally every grammatically noteworthy thing possible.
