IF YOU ARE READING THIS AND ABOUT TO BE A FIRST YEAR TAKE THIS CLASS. I randomly enrolled not knowing anything about it but it was the easiest class ive ever taken. Mostly athletes which tells you a lot.. Some topics aren't interesting because its all super simple and you have a lot of little things to do each week but it fulfills your second writing requirement and is so so so easy. please take it.

DOES NOT FILL 2nd WRITING. Interesting class but somewhat a fluff course. They say there is minimal writing/reading but honestly it was a lot for the course not to count for anything. I only took this class because the professor, Leslie Hubbard, stated it would meet the 2nd year writing requirements. She suggested all we had to do was to complete a form to have the credit counts, as it's what the class last year did, however, the registrar had recently changed the requirements and the professors did not reapply for it to count. Really disappointing as I could have graduated a semester early.
