Professor Dubay is really kind and passionate about the material! There is no "busy work" but there are pre-exam assignments which can be timely but are meant for studying, and one assignment you will have to present in front of the class (although pretty short). Don't skimp on those or turn them in late, as you will probably need them to hold up your class grade. However, this class is difficult and requires a LOT of studying. If you think you studied enough, you did not. There is a TON of material covered and exams are almost entirely based on recall/short answer, and she will ask for very specific information. It is also important to attend class, as material will be talked about that is not written in the power points. She is happy to help answering any questions or clarifying something. If you are good at memorization and being diligent about studying, it won't be that bad, and if you're taking this class it probably means you have to anyway. It will definitely help if you like anatomy, I was able to pull an A-!
