Overall the course was pretty simple and the topics were very interesting (focused on a wide range of topics centered around plastic problems). The workload was light, it took me about 1 hour a week to complete the work. At the beginning of the course, you get sorted into groups to do 1 mini-presentation a week on an assigned issue. You also have to post 1 question per week and complete a 2-page reflection weekly. Personally, I would recommend this engagement to anyone, I truly learned a lot and liked Prof. Fraser!!
I loved this topic but didn't like the Professor. She was beyond disorganized and never had anything prepared for class. It was so boring and she was always changing up what we were doing, but if you stick with the class it is an overall esay A. make sure to put effort into your written responses because she is kind of a harsh grader (like she would give me 4.8/5....like still a good grade but she isn't willing to give 5/5 unless you really put in thought).
