EGMT 1510

Justin was one of my favorite professors out of both semesters this year. First, the class was extremely interesting because we got to taste test food and drinks in weird ways, discuss satirical poetry, movies, and controversial topics. Second, Justin is an incredibly passionate and "whimsical" dare I say, teacher. He always make sure that students are comfortable with the environment especially if we talk about things more on the controversial side, but he never pushes students to speak if they don't want to. He listens well and he's very accommodating if you're ever struggling (academically or personally), need to miss a homework assignment, or need to miss class. I don't get teachers like him often, so I can confidently say he was a breath of fresh air. He was a very confident, authentic, and humorous speaker and never apologized for his thoughts. He made sure class was interactive and we didn't just listen to him talk for an hour or stare at each other in silence. I wish I got to take some of his other classes and hope he continues teaching here!
