Such an unconventional course...

Muir is a rich arrogant dude who only talks about himself and his accomplishments during lecture instead of the actual material, but he is super chill and makes this class a breeze so I can't really complain. Homeworks are short and easy, and make sure you do the textbook readings because he will cold-call people during class. Participation is 20% of your grade, so make sure you're raising your hand a lot during lecture. There's also these virtual business simulations, definitely keep up with the deadlines otherwise that will kill your grade. Just take a lot of risks and you should do fine on these.

Overall I ended up learning a lot about about the cold harsh business world through the stories of his ruthless lawsuits, and also a lot of other useful things about startups. This class really teaches you all the basics - accounting, financing, operations, HR, etc - essentially, all you need to know to run a startup. All said, pretty good intro course and definitely an easy B+/A- (it's hard to get an A because he makes the threshold a 95 instead of the standard 93).
