Coach Duke is so sweet! This class was wonderful, a great time to disconnect and get some fresh air. You get to discover and hike at local spots nearby, and David (Duke) is always open to suggestions. The hikes aren't crazy challenging, and water breaks are encouraged. It's also lovely seeing the leaves change colors in the Fall.
