Leif seems fairly new to the policy area. He more gave a history of environmental topics in urban areas. I don't feel like I learned many policy tools from the class just examples of how problems had been tackled in other cities. The class is largely discussion based so you need to do the readings for an online forum and for in class discussion. It is 40% of your grade. Overall it is an okay class, it is not too difficult but not the most exciting.
