I cannot recommend Prof. Youssef less. He's a native French speaker, which means he can fluently speak French and has a lot of cultural knowledge, but the guy doesn't know how to teach it. I don't blame him for this -- if someone asked me for the rules regarding certain pronoun usages in the past perfect tense in English I could only give answers based on how I use the language -- but it makes the class exceptionally difficult.
