Parshall is a very poor professor. His tests rarely reflect the material that he covers in class. Moreover, his homework assignments can be time-consuming but also will not be on the test. His lectures are very dull and move very slowly. Often, he'll go through an entire proof before realizing a mistake at the beginning and then noting that he made a mistake.
