EVSC 1010

This is hands down the worst class I took at UVA. Blum is an AWFUL lecturer. The material she talks about seems like it is very easy, but does not correlate with the test questions at all. If you have a choice, DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS. I ignored all the warnings on here thinking I would be fine, but completely regret it now!

Do not take this class. Professor Blum's lectures are difficult to follow and the readings are essentially useless. Thought it would be an easy class but not at all. Fought tooth and nail for a B+

Blum is very knowledgeable on the material but has difficulty lecturing in a fun way. Her lectures are very dry and mostly goes into more detail from the information from the textbook. To succeed in her class, SHOW UP to every lecture (or get a friend to help share going to class and swap notes), take good notes, READ the textbook. And if she posts practice exams on collab, read over it because she will put these questions on her exams.

The worst professor I have ever had at U.Va. 100% would not recommend taking this class.
