Core training is a good way of gettin a full-body workout that pushes you. Sam Magnes, who was my instructor, was such a kind person and easy to talk to. She was also accommodating for everyone's personal needs (such as back issues, knee issues, whatever). This class is good for people of all fitness levels and is very easy to tailor to your needs. Most of the workouts are circuits, with some BOSU and pilates workouts mixed in.
Wasn't really expecting to stick with this course since it is an 8am and I am not much of a morning person, but it was a good way for me to have some time built into my schedule for keeping up with my fitness.
