An actually amazing professor! She is incredibly nice and loves helping students. She uses specifications grading, which means if you complete the assignments well and do all of them, you should end up with an A (or A-, or B+, etc.). She makes it clear what she expects from you and as long as you do the work, you should be fine. The readings are very interesting and not too long, most of them take about 20 minutes or less. People aim for about 300 words on short assignments (10 of them), which is not too difficult, sometimes you can do them without even reading the text. She gives 3 tokens which you can use on not doing short assignments (max 2) or a 24-hour extension on one of 3 final projects, which are not even close to the hardest papers I've written. You can get an A if you put in a little extra effort, an A- with average effort, and a B or B+ with ease. Probably one of the most interesting classes I've taken, a low-stress environment, with one of the kindest professors I've ever met.
