I absolutely loved Lucas' class. He is so energetic, kind and welcoming. I learned a lot about different cultures and about the history of UVA. During his class the group work encouraged learning from others as we had topic questions at the beginning of class to learn about each other. I made some of my closest friends in his class during my start at UVA and we enjoyed bonding over the class and Lucas' personality (Fall 2023). I would encourage anyone to take his class as it is a pretty easy A if you put in the work but it is also a great class to lean more about your peers.
