JOE IS AWESOME! Ignore his sass, he really does want all of his students to do well. Try going to office hours if you don't like him at first. He's a total bro.
With that, the material is interesting and a lot more fun than musculoskeletal. There are a few group projects, but they're easy to get good grades on. Studying is mostly lectures, but if you go to class you'll be ok.
This class is one of the more interesting and fun kinesiology classes. It's stuff that is actually interesting, and it's not that hard because most of it is intuitive. Joe is a great guy -- he's super chill and really knowledgable. He says that 10% of the test questions come from the textbook, but really just skim and you will be fine. The group projects take a long time but you can just sit down and plow through them in one night. This will jump-start your love for kinesiology back up after Intro to Kines and MSK killed it!
