I had hopes that the material in this class would be interesting, but I was so WRONG! Do not take this class! The lectures are boring and repetitive and barely pertain to anything that the actual class assignments are on. The only homework is weekly reading which is also unreasonably boring an dry and four papers based on the online readings. Going to class is actually pointless because everything is online and you learn nothing in the class. The writing prompts are also extremely vague, which makes it super hard to get an A on any paper, because the professor wants you to create and incredibly specific thesis using an overly vague prompt and you are only able to pull from these dense, boring, and barely readable online pdf documents. If you're looking for an interesting class on Native American History, this isn't it, and honestly it's a shame, because it could have been done so much better. Sorry, but just don't take this course.
