ENLT 2523

This class was a good intro to the English major for all those who will be pursuing this field. Ms. Feldman was a very fair, kind, and helpful teacher.

Professor Feldman is clearly well-versed in poetry and presents the best poets in history. She gets a little dry and boring, but if you love poetic analysis- the class is great!

Feldman is very enthusiastic about poetry and provides a generally interesting selection of poems for the semester (3-4 per class). She is a very fair grader. Majority of the grade was from 3 papers (3 page, 5 page, 8 page) written over the course of the semester. A few group projects spaced throughout the course helped to liven things up a bit too! Overall, a pretty easy, enjoyable class if you are cool with poetry.

A fair grader and a fairly easy class. Show up and participate and you will do fine. Don't buy the books though, all the poems can be found online
