Stay on top of the work and it's a pretty easy A. Especially if you show up to class and troubleshoot with friends, TAs, or Prof Watson who is always there and happy to help.
The documentation can be difficult to interpret and generally annoying at times, but everything is doable. Prof. Watson also rightfully points out that in the 'real world' documentation is pretty terrible, so it's is worthwhile experience.
The midterm and final constitute the bulk of your grade, so really make sure to start those early.
You don't really need to go to lectures, she pretty much just reads off the slides, but occasionally drops some useful tidbits. The advantage of going to class is to collaborate and ask questions.
Oh yea, and you gotta do lab reports for everything... gets repetitive, but it's just so they can see that you know what you're doing. Chat isn't much use in this course, too many specific components and complexities for today's models. It can help sometimes for understanding things, but don't expect to be able to chat your way through (I tried a bit and quickly found out it doesn't work, understanding what's going on is actually faster and better).
In sum, one of the 'easier' 4 credit courses so long as you stay on top of your stuff!
