ENGR 1620

You spend every class of the semester simply building your project during class... he is a very helpful guy who can connect you to a large network of engineers

A good and easy professor overall

Group projects throughout the semester and final presentation is the final grade. He is an easy-going professor always with a smile.

Not the best section of ENGR 1620.

Professor Bennett is quite a character. His class isn't difficult. There was only one test and a couple minor assignments. Aside from that, it was mainly the semester long, group project. You get to pick what you want to work on and it's a very hands-on and independent task. Along the way, there'll be a couple of presentations, etc.

Most of the work throughout the year is based on your groups year long project. He is an interesting guy

Got above a hundred on the one test we had. Carried my group in the group project. Got an A-. F this class.

I have absolutely no idea why the engineering school requires this class but if you have a good group it can be fun. Bennett is the man.

Ridiculously easy. Almost every class is dedicated to working with your group. There's one exam (which I don't even think counts that much), and the entire semester is a huge group project. Presentation powerpoint of what you accomplished is your final, with a paper (which I honestly don't think he reads). Just stay focused and be timely and organized with your project on Collab, and you're good to go.
