PHIL 3520

This is my favorite class I've taken at UVA. Jennifer Phillips is an amazing professor and wants everyone to succeed. The course is heavily discussion based, which is one of the reasons I loved it, and participation is a large portion of your grade. The reading for the class is in a course packet and is very manageable and there is not a lot to read each week. There is one main project that is a case study evaluation project/ paper done in groups that is very interesting and I learned a lot from. And the final was a written take home final. She is a fair grader and one of my favorite professors at UVA.
