The Women's Leadership Development Program (WLDP) is designed to encourage UVA undergraduate women to further their leadership knowledge and experience. Participants engage in dynamic presentations on women’s leadership, network with fellow female leaders, and interact with female role models from the local and national community.WLDP's mission: WLDP challenges UVA women to engage as empowered, innovative, and empathetic leaders through the promotion of their personal and professional developmentWLDP is open to UVA undergraduate women of all years. The program is held during the spring semester and includes five sessions. In order to be considered a graduate of the program, attendance is required at a minimum of four of the five sessions. Participants will also take part in program-wide service projects.*This program is open to all undergraduate students without regard to gender identity or expression.
